What is SenrigaN?

With completely non-destructive inspection, quickly and simply gain wide-ranging information on ruptures in internal steel tendons

With completely non-destructive inspection, quickly and simply gain wide-ranging information on ruptures in internal steel tendons

The measuring device is equipped with special magnets and magnetic sensors and SenrigaN cloud, which analyzes and visualizes the measurement results, enabling quick (about 15 seconds for each 16 cm × 53 cm area) non-destructive inspection for ruptures in prestressed concrete tendons and rebar
Because it is possible to gain information about tendon ruptures over a wide area, which was conventionally difficult, users can now consider solutions suited to the actual state of the bridge.

As bridges age and wear in the future, efficiently checking for tendon ruptures will be necessary.
Understanding where the ruptures are will contribute to visualizing which bridges really need treatment and to achieving preventative maintenance.

A measuring instrument that aims for ease of measurement on site

A measuring instrument that aims for ease of measurement on site

Through demonstrative experiments in many actual bridges, we have realized a design that is easy to use on site. The measuring device (approx. 3.4 kg) and the magnet unit (approx. 4.3 kg) are both lightweight and can be used for work throughout the day. Switching between measurement methods on site (see here for the available methods) is also easy.

Because the instrument is equipped with a SIM, it can communicate with SenrigaN cloud in real time. The data is uploaded immediately, and the cloud analyzes the measurement data so that you can check the results on a tablet or other device you have at hand.

Automatic reporting

The measurement data is immediately saved in the cloud and stored with links to photos of the measurement locations, determinations on whether there are ruptures, notes, and other information.
This information can be output in bulk in Word document format using the automatic reporting function.
In addition to measurement on site, it also realizes efficiencies in reporting work.
